All Rooms have been recently remodeled and provide some of the best
accommodations in the area.
IN SEASON rate is $120.00 plus tax, double occupancy.
Each additional person $10.
OFF SEASON rate is $ 105 per room up to 4 people in room, plus tax.
Rooms 1 & 2 have garden views, one queen bed and full size pullout sofa.
Maximum occupancy 3 or 4 people.
Rooms 3 & 5 have river views, 2 queen beds.
Maximum occupancy 4 people each.
Room 4 & 6 have front of building view, 2 queens beds.
Maximum occupancy 4 people each.
Room 7 has river view, 2 queens beds.
Maximum occupancy 4 people.
Rooms 8 & 9 have garden views. 1 queen and full size pullout sofa.
Maximum occupancy 3 or 4 people.
Rooms 10 & 11 have river views, 2 queen beds.
Maximum occupancy 4 people.
Room 12 has a river views, including a view of the treehouse, 2 queen beds.
Maximum occupancy 4 people.
Rooms 14, 15, 16 have garden views, 2 queen beds.
Maximum occupancy 5 people each.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation must be received 14 days prior arrival by phone only. No e-mail, no fax etc..

No Cancellation Due to Weather or Early Checkout!

Cancellation Fee if called in :
One day's room charge.
If No Show and/or No call to cancel - full reservation will be charged .
Example: Quest makes reservation for several days, he/she will be charged for all those days without exception and for any reason.
